When women decide, the village changes shape.

20 WSHGs. 421 members. NPR 77,600 highest savings.

Twenty Women's Self-Help Groups (WSHGs) in Sipapokhare Ward 7 and Bhimtar Ward 12 run their own savings circles, manage livelihood loans, and decide which household enterprises get backed. We provide the ledger, the training, and the meeting space. They provide every other thing.

WSHG members gather around the elected secretary as she records the day's savings entries in the group ledger, Bhimtar Ward 12.

What we fund

A ledger, a goat, a kitchen.

Members vote on which livelihood streams the group will back. The list is short and grounded — poultry, goat-rearing, kitchen-garden produce, small home enterprise (snack-making, tailoring). Loans are member-decided, member-repaid, and members hold the keys to the savings box.

We provide bookkeeping training, livelihood workshops, and connection to government livestock vets and agricultural extension officers. We do not run the groups. We are the assistant secretary, at most.

Fund a savings circle. Resource a livelihood.
