Six tuition centres, scholarships for first-generation learners, and ongoing teacher training in Sipapokhare and Bhimtar. The work runs in the after-school hours when rural schools cannot — and it runs all year, not just at exam time.
The model
Three layers that hold a child.
1 · Tuition centres
Six community-run after-school centres, staffed by trained local tutors. Children get individual reading and maths support in their first language before code-switching into Nepali and English.
2 · Scholarships
Direct school-fee and supply scholarships for Dalit and Janajati students. Selection is by community committee — not by us.
3 · Teacher training
Workshops for local government-school teachers on inclusive pedagogy, child-rights practice, and trauma-informed classrooms.
